How to make Creamy Fluffy Soufflé Pancake / Recipe クリームたっぷりのスフレパンケーキ レシピ

Easy Cheesy and creamy Fluffy Soufflé pancake with plenty of cream.
No need for ‘proper’ pancake mold just make one yourself with parchment paper 🙂

Ingredients: 4 pancakes
– 100mL fresh cream
– 30g cream cheese
– 15g sugar
– 1 egg
– 50mL milk (low fat milk used in this video)
– 10g yoghurt
– 60g self-raising flour (all purpose flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder)

Recipe:
1. Whip fresh cream.
2. Add sugar and cream cheese until firm. Set aside.
3. Separate egg yolk and white.
4. Mix egg yolk, milk and yoghurt well.
5. Sift flour and combine.
6. In a separate bowl whisk egg white until firm meringue forms.
7. Combine batter and meringue gently. *make sure not to over mix.
8. Create pancake molds with parchment paper.
9. Heat hotplate on low and grease with oil. Place the pancake molds.
10. Pour batter into pancake mold.
11. Cook for 3-4minute on low.
12. Flip and cook for another 1 minutes.
13. Decorate with whipped cream and enjoy 🙂

材料: 4 枚分
– 生クリーム 100mL
– クリームチーズ 30g
– 砂糖 15g
– たまご 1個
– 牛乳 50mL
– ヨーグルト 10g
– 薄力粉 60g + ベーキングパウダー小さじ1

レシピ:
1. 生クリームを泡立てる。
2. 砂糖とクリームチーずを加え、さらに泡立てたら冷やしておく。
3. 卵黄と卵白を分ける。
4. 卵黄、牛乳、ヨーグルトを混ぜ合わせ。
5. 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーを振るい入れ、混ぜる。
6. 別のボールで卵白をしっかりとたメレンゲになるまで泡立てる。
7. 生地とメレンゲをさっくりと混ぜ合わせる。
8. ベーキングペーパーで型を作る。
9. ホットプレートを弱火で温め、油をしき、型を置く。
10. 生地を型に流し込む。
11. 弱火で3−4分 焼く。
12. ひっくり返し、裏側も1分焼く。 *ベーキングペーパーをここではがしても大丈夫です。
13. クリームをたっぷりかけたら、出来上がり。
