HOW TO MAKE ICE CREAM CAKE from LEFTOVER CAKES

My daughter just turned 10 years old. We bought a cake for her at a regular bakeshop. Since we are on a quarantine, we were not able to buy the cake that we really want for her. The blueberry cheesecake. The cake was good but not the type of cake that you will indulge yourself with.
After eating a slice of the birthday cake we bought, they did not even bother to ask for more😔

So the idea was to turn the leftover cake into something they really loved. . ICE CREAM CAKE!!!

RECIPE:
For the BASE:
Leftover Cake (remove the icing)
1/2 cup evaporated milk

For the ice cream:
Leftover icing
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup Nestle Cream
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Blue food coloring

For the topping:
crushed oreo cookies
