This video is all about me making chocolate chip cookies. If you know me i love any thing chocalaty. I really enjoyed doing this vlog because cooking is one of my favourite hobbies if you dont know.
This was an easy recipe to do because it was simple to follow so you can make it. If you do please comment on this video and tell me how you find it.
INGREDIENTS|
125g self -raising
1egg
75g light brown sugar
12 tbsp vanilla essence
12 tsp lemon extract
75g unsalted butter
The method was very simple.
1. Cream butter and sugar with a wooden spoon until light and fluffy
2. Add the egg and vanilla essence and lemon extract
3. Sieve the flour and fold in gradually
4. Use a spoon and add the cookie dough on a greased baking tray
Remove to space the dough out on the tray to prevent them sticking together
5. Bake at 180 degree for 15mins.
