Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe:

Bake Time: 15 minutes
Makes about 10 medium size cookies

Ingredients:
2½ cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 stick of melted unsalted butter
1 cup of brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbs vanilla extract
semi-sweet chocolate chunks (as many as your prefer)

extra:
parchment paper
ice cream scoop

Mix your egg and sugars together. Add vanilla extract.

Melt your butter over medium heat. Brown your butter. Let it cool a little bit.

Add cooled butter to mixture.

In a separate medium bowl, mix your flour, baking soda, and salt. Then sift into your large bowl.

When well combined, add chocolate chips.

Scoop out a tablespoon cookie dough. Then, drop it onto  a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat this process until there’s no more dough left in the bowl. Then, roll dough into medium sized balls.

Chill cookie dough for 30 minutes in the refrigerator (on your cookie sheet) Right after you put your cookies in the fridge.

Preheat your oven to 325° degrees after your chocolate cookie dough has been in the fridge for 20 minutes.

After the 30 minutes are up, take the dough out the fridge.

Put your cookies in the oven. Bake your cookies for about 15 minutes or until golden brown on top.
