hi it’s Ashley from sweet dreams BakeShop and today we’re making agravity-defying cookie as well as alittle shaker cookie that’s going toactually sprinkle some sugar parm on topof your spaghetti start by cutting alarge circle which is going to be yourplate there really are no directmeasurements for this however you wantyour cookie to be right now I’m cuttingout my little parmesan shaker and Idon’t have a template that I’m using I’mjust free handing this but you could byall means go and print something offwith a computer and then copy it now youwant to make sure that you copy yourparmesan shaker at least three times andthen you’re going to take one of thecopies and you’re going to kind of makea little hole in it this is what’s goingto make your parmesan shaker 3d with theleftover bits and pieces you’re going toform at least three meatballs you coulddefinitely do more but for this size ofcookie I think three is going to workjust fine my sugar cookies were in theoven for thirteen minutes as soon as itcomes out I’m placing that stick in themiddle of my plate I’m going to startwith icing my fork now you could justuse a mini little plastic fork but Iwanted this to be completely cookie aswith all of my sugar cookies I am usinga piping icing to outline which isfairly thick and then I am going back inwith a thinner consistency to fill inthe rest of my cookie everytime I have awet layer I stick it into the oven at175 degrees Fahrenheit until things area little bit more hard on top now bevery careful when you do that becausethe icing is still going to be wetunderneath but the top layer is going tobe dry enough so you can add things likethis spaghetti that I’m adding on topthe consistency of this icing is veryvery thick so don’t be afraid to add alot of icing sugar to your icing I madesure to really cover up the stickportion so that I can also put on myfork on top and then I’m using themeatballs to kind of anchor everythingtogether really nicely I painted themeatballs with just a little bit ofbrown edible food coloring and now thisparsley that I am cutting on over top Imade out of wafer paper that I coloredgreen and time for some spaghetti saucewhich has made just a little bit looserand then I’ve added some red edible fooddye to ittime to make the shaker portion and whatI’m going to do is I’m going to outlinewith my piping icing and then I’m goingto fill now when I am filling it I’mdoing a little bit of white and a littlebit of really really pale yellow so itkind of looks like the parmesan jarisn’t fully filled then using thewet-on-wet technique which means I ampiping on when the icing is still wetI’m creating some lines so that it looksa little bit more like it’s popping outin hindsight you could definitely skipthis portion where I’m painting on theyellow icing you barely see it Here I amcreating the little parmesan crumblesand flakes you can see above my littledots that I’m making I also have somereally thinned out icing and this iswhat’s going to make your parmesan lookreally real when you crack it off of theparchment paper what I’m using today forthis silver portion is a little bit ofedible paint that’s activated by watermake sure to only paint your cookiesonce the top layer is actually dryenough and these are super dry throughand through so I’m able to actuallypierce the holes with my little cookiescribe as well I’m going back in anddotting a little bit of parmesan inthere so it looks a little bit more 3dtake that little u-shape we made earlierand put some really thick piping icingon it we want this to dry really fastand then you’re going to stick one halfof the parmesan shaker on top thenyou’re going to adhere more icing on theother side fill up your little jar withall those little parmesan icing flakesthat we made make sure that they’refully dry before you try to remove themfrom the parchment paper and then you’regoing to adhere the other side[Music]and now it’s time for the best part[Music]thanks so much for watching guys don’tforget to Like share and subscribe soyou can be part of this sweety fam rightnow I’m uploading daily so make sure youhit that notification bell so you knowwhen I upload bye
