HOW TO BAKE 500 CUPCAKES, COOKIES AND MORE FOR ONE DAY – CRAFT SHOW!

hi guys and welcome back to our Channeltoday I’m doing a really fun video sothis whole video is gonna be about metaking you guys along with me through mybaking but I’m doing for this craft showand it’s a lot of stuff so you guys willsee how much I do day by day and thenyou’ll get to see the whole setup ofeverything and I’ll just take you alongwith me through the whole process cuzit’s gonna be very Christmassy and veryfun so let’s get started I just wantedto update you guys on all the cupcakesthat I baked tonight you might look likea lot but I have so much more to behere’s all the cupcakes that I baked[Music]okay so I’m gonna show you guyseverything that I’ve done so far withthere being six days until a craft showso every all the cupcakes that I makeI’m wrapping up and freezing afterthey’ve I’ve let them cool andeverything so you can do this withcupcakes and cakes up any sort and theywill say good as long as they’re wrappedproperly in the freezer for a monthobviously I’m only doing it for like aweek I’ve got all of these cupcakes herethese chocolate ones there’s a wholenother layer under there the same amountso I’ve got all those chocolate ones andthen in here I actually have a lot morelayers and you can even really seethere’s all of those under there andthen there’s three of those layers andthen we’ve got these ones on top andthen we’ve got these ones in here andthen I just baked all of these lemonones that I’m going to wrap up in freezeand now I am working on making trufflesso I’m gonna go ahead and do a littleclip of me making those now[Music]hey guys okay so it’s about two daysuntil the craft show now and I justwanted to show you more progress thatI’ve made so I’ve baked a bunch of sugarcookies and then I decorated them halfway last night so I’m gonna film todaythe kind of finishing touches up on thecookies to make them look more cute butfor now I just wanted to show you whatI’ve got so farokay so these are all the cookies that Ihave here these ones that I’m working onour snow globe ones these ones here areSanta ones those are gonna be so cuteI’m so excited to finish those and thenyou’ve got the little reindeers so I’mgonna be finishing those up today andthen I also want to show you guys so mymom and I got these letter boards at thedollar store actually and they literallylook exactly like the Pinterest ones butgot them at the dollar store so that’sawesomeand then here’s some just like packagingthat we have for cupcakes singular sizesix and then a dozen and then my mommade these labels which are pretty coolI think you can see the label there Ialso plan on finishing up making all thetruffles tonight I think I’ll have closeto 200 of them um yeah so I’ll just kindof film some more for you guys tonight[Music]okay guys so it’s the day before thecraft show there’s literally one dayleft like it starts tomorrow but I haveto go tonight and set everything up so Ionly have lemonade time today to finisheverything and I’m I’m running late asalwayswell we’re going actually darkness we’reactually going to pick up Callie rightnow cuz she’s gonna come and spend theday toojust wanted to show you guys howjam-packed full our car is right nowwith my baked goods the trunk has all ofthis full and then all of this stuffback here and then even in the front Ihave cookies and stuff down there okayguys we’re going to get Callie now it isnegative ten today it’s freezing I can’tuse any heat in our car right nowbecause I don’t want my baked goods tomelt so it’s a cold drive and we aregoing to get Callieit is 801 a.m. I was supposed to pickher up by 7:45 story of my life okay foreverything okay guys so we’re here andinstead of clipdown at the table all setup and I’ve got these cute littleantlers on Kali’s here and you’ll inserta clip now[Music]we’re just gonna do a quick backgroundnow and see you[Music]a craft show was now over it’s 4:45 andit’s already getting dark it gets darkso early now so I’m actually going tocount all of my money when I get home soI’m gonna drive home now cuz it takes melike an hour and a half and then when Iget home I will count my money and do alittle inventory check and show you guyshow much I sold and how much I madebefore I start driving I just want toshow you guys cuz I just rememberedfirst of all look how cute theseearrings are my grandma let me wear themthey’re hers but I met this really nicelady there that was actually at thebooth beside me and she was so sweet atthe end I gave her some extra cupcakesnecklaces and she was so sweet she gaveme this necklaceit just says okay you guys probablycan’t see but it just says peace allover it and it’s so sweet like justcountering my money and put everythingaway I went to bed but I just wanted todo this update for you guys um basicallyhow much I made and exactly how much Isold I will tell you guys how much Imade first this weekend I’m actuallyreally proud of it because my goal wasfour hundred dollars and the total wassix hundred seven dollars so I mean sixhundred and seven dollars this weekendwhich is awesome I’m really really happywith that I was just hoping for fourhundred I made exactly three hundred andfifty nine cupcakes for this weekend andI had about six dozen left over when Icame home so that’s about 72 cupcakes Ibelieve and then I made a hundred andeighty six cookies I believe it was andI only have like seven cookies left overthe truffles I don’t know exactly howmuch I had and I sold the least amountof truffles so I still had quite a bitleft overI think it’s mostly because peopledidn’t really know what they were andthe packaging kind of hid them as wellit was we did them with the redpackaging so you couldn’t really seeinside cookies were definitely the bestsellers the little capsule packages ofcookies that I had sold out by like oneo’clock on the first day and the Santasugar cookie said I didn’t sold out bylike noon on the first day actuallyyou’ll you would you would have seen bynow that Cali was there with me and sheactually had to put her cookies aside sothat she would still be able to get somebefore she left at 1:30 on Saturday sothat means that they sold out beforethat so yeah basically it was a reallysuccessful weekend and I’m really happyI did it I would definitely do it againthere’s a few things I would dodifferently though I would make way moresugar cookies because I only made like50 sugar cookies in total and I’d makeway more Santa’s because those wereobviously the most popular I reallydidn’t think that the cookies like ingeneral would be as popular so cupcakesand truffles I thought that those wouldbe more popular but the cookies weredefinitely the most popular and thencupcakes were a close second I thinkthat’s it for this video I hope that Ican do a bunch more making videos beforeChristmas I have this really cute ideafor avocado decorated Santa sugarcookies which oh my god it’s gonna beadorable so I’m definitely gonna do thatnext for the baking
