NO BAKE COOKIES RECIPE

-Makes about 2 dozen cookies
Over medium-low heat, combine 1 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 stick of butter, and 4 TBSP cocoa powder. Mix consistently until the mixture comes to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter, 3 cups quick oats, and 1 TSP vanilla. Drop mixture onto parchment paper or silicone baking sheets. hey guys welcome to my channel today weare in my kitchen because I’m going toshow you how to make it the easiest mostdelicious no bake cookies these arewhipped up in about 10 minutes or sotake about an hour to cool and thenthey’re ready to go you don’t have toturn on your oven you don’t have torefrigerate them at all they are supereasy to make and can be made withingredients that you already have inyour pantry so if you guys areinterested in this video please give ita big thumbs up also don’t forget tosubscribe for more cooking and bakingvideos in the future without further adolet me show you how to make theseawesome no bake cookies okay guys sowe’re gonna start with a nonsticksaucepan this is about a medium size andI’m gonna turn on the heat to aboutmedium or so medium low and I’m gonnaget this heated up and to this pot I’mgoing to add 1 and 3/4 cup of granulatedsugar we’re also going to add in a halfa cup of milkokay next thing we’re gonna add is astick of butter and if you guys want youcan make this recipe a little bithealthier and substitute in some honeyor maple syrup for the sugar I’ve madethat version before and it’s actuallyreally good it just doesn’t taste quiteas sweet he’s kind of more like agranola bar it’s just a cookie so we’regonna add in the stick of butter and thenext thing we’re going to do is add insome cocoa I’m going to use some organiccocoa powder here and I’m going to usefour tablespoons[Applause][Music]okay so I have all I added the nextthing I’m going to do is just stir thisup and I want the butter to melt and thesugar to kind of melt okayso we want this mixture to come to aboil so I’m just going to stir this andkind of watch it and wait for this tocome to a boil so with this mixture youwant to make sure that you’re stirringthis semi constantly just because youdon’t want your sugar to burn or them upto scald either we want to make surethat everything is getting incorporatedas well so it’s important to kind ofkeep mixing this mixture as the butterstarts to melt and as it starts to cometo a boil[Music][Music][Music]so once this mixture has melted and thebutter and sugar have dissolved this iswhat it’s going to look like and we wantto make sure that again we’re stirringevery so often just to make sure thatnothing burns or sticks at the bottom[Music]so as you guys can see the mixture isstarting to boil so at this point wewant to turn it off the heat and we’regoing to remove this from the heat so wecan finish during in the lastingredients okay so once I’ve taken thischocolate mixture off the heat I’m goingto go ahead and add three cups of quickoats I’m not going to use old fashionedoats you can if you want to butold-fashioned oatstend to make the cookie have a bit of atougher texture to it um if you aregonna use old-fashioned I’d recommendyou letting the mixture sit a little bitin the hot pan for a little bit longerjust so that they have a little bit moretime to cook since old-fashioned oatstend to have a little bit of a chewytexture to them so I’m going to stir inmy oats here I’m also going to add ateaspoon of vanilla I’m just gonnaeyeball this and then the last thing Iwant to add is a half a cup of peanutbutter I just have some smooth Jifpeanut butter here that I’m going to addokay so you want to make sure you getall the ingredients mixed and you wantthe peanut butter to get mixed inthat’ll get nice and melty from the hotchocolate mixture we just want to makesure that the end of your oats arereally showing that they’re all coveredby the chocolate okay so this is what wewant our mixture to look like okay sonext I have a couple of these non-stickbaking sheets that I got from Amazon Ihave a couple of them laid out here ifyou want you can use parchment paper butwe’re out of parchment paper so I’m justgonna go ahead and use these so what I’mgoing to do is I’m gonna take atablespoon just like this and I’m gonnago ahead and get a spoonful of mixtureit depends on how big you want yourcookies to be but I’m just gonna startplacing them on the mats just like thatthey don’t have to be perfect they canjust be dropped down just like that andwhat we’re going to do is we’re going tospoon all these out and let them cool onthe mat for about an hour so[Music][Music][Music]hey guys so it’s been about an hoursince the cookies have been sitting outand I just want to show you guys howthey turned outokay so as you guys can see they’re niceand set now and this made about I’d sayabout two thousand cookies I made 26cookies and it can make a little bitmore if you make them a little bitsmaller but mine are probably about acouple tablespoons size so this is howthe cookies turned out so what I’m gonnado is I’m gonna take the cookies and I’mgonna put them in a container and putthem in the fridge if you want you cankeep them out on the counter but Iprefer to put them in the fridge so thatthey last a little bit longer so I hopeyou guys enjoyed this recipe it’s supereasy I hope you guys give it a go andtry it out if you do go ahead and leavea comment down below and let me know ifyou like them I’ll also post the recipedown below so you guys have all theingredients and measurements that youneed so I hope you guys like this videodon’t forget to subscribe like andcomment and I will see you guys in mynext one bye[Music]
