[Music]hey guys welcome back to another videoI’m hoping that you have had a good NewYear and today we’re gonna be doingcooking with spam and booty okay andwe’re gonna make chocolate fudge cookiesas you can see the picture here yeah andthis is out of the cooking in theheartland cookbook as you can see we gotthis from Israel and we’re gonna add inthe ingredients so you’re gonna need topre-heat your oven to 350 and thenyou’re gonna need it add in 1 and 1/3cup dark chocolate and 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil which we are using coconutoil and we have it in here because wehave to melt this down and then we’llthen next you have to add in 2 largeeggs and which we have here and 1tablespoon baking powder which we havehere so let’s go ahead add the first onedo the eggs because we have to keep thisup in the eggs I’m going to add in thebaking powder alright guys now I’m gonnatell you according to the cookbook howto melt your chocolate chips and oil sosays in a microwave which we don’t haveone so we’re gonna be using our oven orstove safe Bowl now dark chocolate andoil in 30 second and increments untilsmooth stir after each time themicrowave finishesand now we’re gonna add in some more ofour ingredients I’m gonnaso 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract which wehave here oh and then it’s 6 tablespoonsalmond flour or all-purpose flour whichwe have yeah and then 1 t-table teaspoonsalt which we have here and then we have1/4 cup sugar which we don’t have wehave coconut flour here so I’m going toadd in this one and moody you can add inthe others support this inyouall right now we’re going to stir ourmixture this is orangeI prefer glovesall right guys now our coconut oil andchocolate chips are done melting at lowheat and now we’re going to add it intoour mixture as long as as well as ourchocolate chips[Music][Music][Music]hi guys after some hard work of stirringnow I’m going to read you the next stepit says use a spoon to drop the batterwhich we have our spoon key off notbetter deal in the bowl into a cookiesheet which we have here prepare withbaking paper and baking spray which wedon’t have either of those and insteadof baking spray we have olive oil andnow I’m going to put it on and you don’twant it too much well I don’t want toadd too much so we’ll just start offwith that alright now we’re going toscoop this upalright guys we have the cookies allready we’re gonna put them in the ovenat 350 for 10 minutesI’ll see you when they’re done all rightguys our cookies are done and this sothey look fantastic so everybody grabsome practicing all right I’m very goodat ventriloquism and these cookies arereally good chocolate see you next timethis is been cooking with spam the man[Music]you
