hello everybody my name is Amy nice moreabout I’m the pastry chef at a Tuscanmarket and I will be showing you how touse your butter cookie kit today eachkit includes a piping bag of buttercookie dough nonpareil sprinkles forbefore we bake regular sprinkles forwhen we dip and chocolate to be meltedwhen we’re dipping so each piping bagyou want to cut with scissors I alreadycut mine but whenever you pipe anythingespecially a thick dough like this youwant to make sure you adjust your gripkind of twist in the middle so you haveyour own hand grip my hands a little bitbigger so I have more in my hands andthen you’re gonna want to kind of makelittle egg shapes sound like oval forEaster time for those of you that have astar tip at home you can make littlerosette butter cookies so if youenvision a lowercase e you want to startin the middle and go around to the sidesand kind of swirl so start in the middlego around the sides and end in themiddle you can add some nonpareils tothe center of the star cookies beforebaking you can go along and kind ofpress them out if they came out a littleoblong or weird shaped just so they allkind of look the same and then we’regonna bake them at 350 for about 10 to12 minutes[Music]
