Come on along as I cook dinner and make dessert. I share with you another one of my Christmas Cookie recipes.
Christmas Cowboy Cookies:
Dry Ingredients
2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 1/3 Cups Flour (All purpose)
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp salt
In the Mixer:
1 1/2 Sticks Salted Butter
1 Cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
Other:
1/3 Cup Semi-sweet Choc Chips
1/3 Cup Pecans
1/4 Cup Sprinkles
1/3 cup Coconut (optional)
1. Mix Dry ingredients
2. In your mixer, cream together sugars and butter
3. Add in egg and vanilla and mix well
4. Add flour mixture 1/2 at a time until just mixed
5. Add in your mixins
6. Scoop out heaping tablespoons onto parchment paper
7. Bake @ 350 degrees F for 11 mins
