Banana coconut cookies
Ingredients:
2x banana
peel of a lemon
2 tbsp almonds
30g coconut flour
30g lineseed flour
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp coconut flakes
2 tbsp honey
What is the paleo diet?
The paleo diet is designed to resemble what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of years ago. The basic concept of the paleo diet is to eat whole foods and avoid processed foods.
What to eat?
Meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, healthy fats and oils.
What not to eat?
Processed foods, sugar, soft drinks, grains, most dairy products, legumes, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils, margarine and trans fats.
