🍪Double Chocolate Chip Cookies – 1 POINT – Weight Watchers!

1/2 Cup Swerve Brown Sugar (0)
1/4 Cup Can’t Believe Its Not Butter Spray Butter (0)
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce (0)
1 TBSP Cocoa (0)
1 Egg (0)
1 Tsp Imitation Vanilla (0)
1 Cup Kodiak Cake Buttermilk Mix (10PTS)
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (4PTS)
14g Lilys Chocolate Chips (2PTS)

Pre-Heat oven to 375. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Mix Swerve Brown Sugar, Can’t Believe Its Not Butter Spray Butter & Unsweetened Apple Sauce with hand blender until well incorporated. Then add Cocoa, Egg & Vanilla until mixed. Incorporate Kodiak Cake Mix with Rolled Oats. Then add Chocolate Chips.

1/8 Cup for each cookie – makes 12 Cookies. Cook for 15 minutes or until cooked. 

1 cookie – 1 point OR 2 cookies – 3 points

[Music]everyone how are you I’m gonna besharing with you a recipe for chocolatechip cookies really low and coins I’vegot all my ingredients ready and out andof course you can always follow thedirections that we share well they don’thave everything outline so what I’mgonna be using primarily isKodiak cakes they’re buttermilk mix sowe’re gonna get started so at first I’mgoing to use an app a cup of this brownsugar swerve this is what I choose touse put it into your mixing bowl and Ihave my oven preheating right now I’vegot a half a cup of that that comes outto zero point I’ve got 1/4 cup of Ican’t believe it’s not butter the liquidspray which I just poured out into heretrying to keep this as low points aspossible so I’ve got that along withI’m sure to get all that now okay I’vegot thatalong with 1/4 cup of unsweetenedapplesauce okay so all of this stillzero points that subside I’ve got mylittle hand mixer here and we’re justgonna mix this together[Music]I want to make sure it’s nice andincorporated so stop the blender if youneed to kind of break up the sugar[Music][Music]also going to use a tablespoon ofHershey’s cocoa in there I have one eggwe’re just gonna do like about teaspoonbut I’m just gonna give it a splashI’m gonna mix this up and then we’regonna add our dry ingredientsincorporate it[Music]perfect and we’re going to use one cupof the Kodiak cakesmix add that in and then we half of acup of rolled oatsokay so now I’m just going to take mysponge here incorporate it allit’s gonna thicken upwhich is whatnow it’s threeand of course our chocolate chipchocolate chips so I’m using the Lily’schips this is two points worth which formine I believe is 14 grams mixing thatuplooks awesome smells delicious like Isaid my oven is already preheated okayso we have our cookie sheet which islined with parchment paper we’ve got ourcookie dough here and what I’m gonna donow is I have a little bit of a 1/8 cupmeasuring spoon so I just kind of wantto have the same size cookies so likethat we can figure out what our pointsareit’s gonna be 1/8 of a cupokay so we have our first batch going inI’ll let you know how they come in heywe’re gonna check on our cookies lookinggoodjust took these cookies out of the oventhey’re still piping hotsmells delicious sure they’re gonnataste delicious tooour cookies are done so I’m gonna saythat they’re not exactly chocolate chipcookies but they have a really nicetexture to them if you are a person thatkind of feels like you need to eat acookie this is absolutely perfectand you can actually get more cookies ifyou made them a little smaller becausethese are a really nice size so I got 12cookies out of this and like I said ifyou made them smaller you can definitelyget more cookies so hope you guys enjoyyou
