No bake cookie butter dessert for summer evenings. An easy and quick dessert that stays in our hearts forever.

INGREDIENTS
380 g cookies (Lotus, Speculoos, Gingerbread)
50 g cookie butter, for garnish
3 petit four or pie crumbs crushed for grilling
For the filling:
600 ml heavy cream cold
300 g cream cheese
180 g cookie butter (see how to make it HERE )
1 tsp icing sugar (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, beat the cream with the mixer with the icing sugar and the vanilla extract until fluffy.
Add the cream cheese and continue stirring.
Pour the cookie butter and incorporate it into the mixture.
Line the cookies in the pan, covering the entire bottom (if necessary, cut smaller pieces to fill the gaps).
Apply 1/3 of the filling on them (can weigh it if want accuracy) and continue with two more layers of cookies – filling (for a lighter result can divide them into two and make two layers of biscuit and filling).
Put the 50 g spread on a piping bag (will use 20 g of them) with a round nose and create straight lines along the long side of the pan with a space of 2 cm between them.
With a skewer stick “draw” straight lines about 3 cm perpendicular to the previous ones.
Between the parallel lines “draw” again parallel but in the opposite direction now.
Crush 3 cookies and sprinkle them around the cake.
Put it in the fridge to cool well for all night or at least for 5 hours before cut it to serve.
