こりすクッキング(Coris Cooking Channel）へようこそ☆ 今回はチーズクッキーの作り方・レシピをご紹介します。 ザクザクとした食感とチーズの豊かな香りと香ばしい味わい 黒コショウと一味唐辛子が味わいをしめます。 おつまみとしてもおすすめです☆ ⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆ はじめまして。こりすクッキングです。お菓子、スイーツ、ケーキ、焼き菓子、ジャムやシロップ煮などの保存食、などを主としたお菓子作りチャンネルです。 お菓子作りの楽しさや旬の味わいや旬の香りの喜び、素材への感謝の気持ちなど、少しでもこのチャンネルを通して伝わると嬉しいです。 チャンネル登録よろしくお願いします☆ https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCIADYlvF7cSppCuQKU29VSw ⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆ ▷チーズクッキーの材料　約12枚分（約3.5×3㎝でカットした場合） 有塩バター　55ｇ グラニュー糖　30ｇ 卵黄　1個分 エダムチーズ（粉チーズ）　15ｇ ※市販の粉チーズでも代用可（パルメザンチーズ） 黒コショウ（あらびき）　少々 一味唐辛子　少々 ※辛いのが苦手な場合は無しでも可 薄力粉　80ｇ ベーキングパウダー　1ｇ ▶チーズクッキーの作り方 ◎前準備 ・バターを事前に常温に出して指でスーッと押せるくらいの固さにしておきます（電子レンジ500Ｗで5～10秒ずつ加熱して柔らかくしても良いです） ・薄力粉とベーキングパウダーを混ぜ合わせておきます １、バターをホイッパーで混ぜてグラニュー糖を加えて混ぜ合わせます ※泡立てる必要なし ２、①に卵黄を加えて混ぜ合わせ、混ざったらエダムチーズ、黒コショウ、一味唐辛子を加えて混ぜ合わせます。 ３、②に事前に混ぜ合わせた薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れてゴムベラで切るように混ぜます。生地がまとまったらOKです。 ４、生地をラップで挟んで麺棒で約5㎜の厚さの長方形に延ばします。延ばした生地を冷蔵庫で2時間以上冷やします ※最初ざっくりと延ばして四方を少し折り返して長方形に整えていきます。 ５、④をお好みの大きさにカットして（今回は3.5×3㎝）ベーキングシートを敷いた天板に並べて黒コショウを振りかけます。 ６、170℃に予熱したオーブンで18～20分焼きます。 ７、焼けたら冷まします。これでチーズクッキーの完成です。お好みでラッピングします。 ◎チーズ形にする場合 5㎜に延ばす段階で約10㎝のセルクルで抜くように約21×11程度の長方形に延ばし冷蔵庫で2時間以上冷やします。 冷やした生地をセルクルで抜いて、円形に抜いた生地を包丁で4～6等分にカットして口金の反対側などで部分的に抜いてチーズ型に成型します。 成型した生地は一旦冷蔵庫で30分程度冷やしてから焼いてください。 【SNS】 ブログ→コリスのお菓子作りブログ https://outiokasi.com/ Youtube動画→こりすクッキング https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCIADYlvF7cSppCuQKU29VSw インスタグラム https://www.instagram.com/coris_riri/ ツイッターもやってます！ https://mobile.twitter.com/coris_riri 【こりすクッキングお勧め動画】 アーモンドのディアマンクッキーの作り方・レシピ How to make […]
