NO BAKE COOKIES (2 Ways Without Oven) | COOK WITH LOVE

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp of vanilla

• 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1 cup milk and dark chocolate chunks (you can choose your own flavor, chips or chunks it’s up to you)

USING A PAN
– Grease your pan with a little butter but NOT TOO MUCH!
– Pre-heating the pan in a medium heat for 3 mins.
– Turn it on low heat then put in the cookies you’ve rolled.
– Use a spatula, spoon or your finger to flatten the dough.
– Then cover your pan and let it cook for 5-10 mins.
NOTE: Make sure to check your cookies within the mins so it won’t burn the bottom.

USING A STEAMER
– Put a small stainless container or pan it can be even smaller than on the video, enough to carry the pan for the cookies.
– Pre-heat the steamer on low heat for 3 mins.
– Let the cookies steam for 20-25 mins.
– (I’m sorry if I didn’t have a clip showing the steamed cookies finished) You’ll know when it’s almost ready when the dough has formed into a cookie and flattened by itself.
– Put a stick/toothpick in the cookie to see if it is all set to take it out on the steamer.
NOTE:
– You do not need to put any water on the steamer.
– Steaming the cookies takes more time than using the pan.

TIP: It’s better if you put your dough on the fridge to chill while you are still not using it, to avoid the oiliness of the dough and to maintain a firm texture.

For more questions or opinion about it, comment down below and I will gladly accommodate you. Try it out then comment down below on how your cookies turned out.
