Production Process
1 Cup warm milk (236ml)
1 tbsp suger (10g)
2 tsp active dry yeast
Let it bloom for 10 mins until foamly
3 Cup flour (375g)
1/4 Cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)

1 egg
1/3 Cup melted butter (75g)
Add the yeast mixture the mix

Sprinkle some flour for kneading about 1/3-1/2 Cup
Prizzle some oil to prevent from sticking knead for 10 minutes or Until to dough is smooth and elastic.
Form the dough into a ball and place in an oiled bowl.
Cover with cling wrap.
Let it rise for 1 hour or Until doubled in size.
punch out the gas.
I made 2 Kinds of loaves. Y ou can choos which one you prefer.
Pinch to seal the seams.
Loaf pan size is 7.5.3.5
Cover with cling wrap and let it rise for 30 minutes (2nd proofing).
Egg Wash: 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of milk,Brash Bread.
Bake in a preheated ocen at 180⁰C Ffor 18-20 minutes.
