Soft and Fluffy Garlic Parmesan Bread| Baking | Cooking | VECX Food TV

All I had was the basic bread recipe, so I played around with spices. I was supposed to put Italian seasoning but didn’t realize I have none and found the smoky bacon spice in my cup board. I thought it smelt good so I also presumed it would taste good too. And it did. The combination of garlic, butter and parmesan cheese made this recipe irresistible. So go ahead and play around with your spices. Enjoy baking!

Garlic Parmesan Bread
3 cups bread flour
1 cup lukewarm water
2 1/4 tsp Instant dry yeast ( quick rise)
2 tbsp sugar
75g unsalted butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp smoky bacon spice
1 tsp garlic powder
toppings:
melted butter
parmesan cheese

Oven: 350F. Bake for 20-21 minutes or until golden brown.
