Wholewheat Multigrain Bread | Egg-free | Easy to bake | Autolyse

Here’s a video of the Wholewheat Multigrain Bread which I made using the autolyse method
Ingredients:
Wholewheat flour- 1 Cup
All-purpose flour- 2/3 cup
Water- 3/4 cup
Salt- 1 Tsp
Powdered sugar- 2 Tbsp
Instant yeast- 1/2 Tsp
Olive oil- 1 1/2 Tbsp
Flax seeds- 1 Tbsp
Sunflower seeds- 1 Tbsp
Rolled Oats- 1 Tbsp
Pumpkin seeds- 1 Tbsp
