I filmed this “what I eat in a day” to share some simple vegan recipes and provide a realistic view of what I typically eat. I was vegetarian for four years before going completely vegan about two years ago and my way of eating, while remaining vegan, definitely changes every now and then, but I try to focus on eating whole, healthy foods. In the video, I included a vegan Ceasar dressing recipe and a vegan parmesan cheese recipe, both ingredients lists are below!
I am still trying to find my own style with filming and editing, but I am still enjoying the process and am excited to continue to make more videos. My next goal is to become more comfortable talking on camera!!

Unsweetened Almond Milk
Apple Cider Vinegar
Vegan Parmesan Cheese – (combine ingredients and blend)
One part cashews
One part Nutritional Yeast
One part Hemp Hearts
