Excellent pan. Purchased this for Pain de Mie loaves. They come out perfectly square. This is my go-to pan for sandwich bread. Check out the Honey Oat Pain de Mie recipe and the Harvest Grains recipe on the King Arthur site.
Comes out perfectly golden in this pan.
We have not used it yet, but it looks sleek and hopefully will produce a great bread product for our home!
This loaf pan is so awesome Easy to unmold and the bread’s color is perfect Love it!
These are designed to have a vent hole in the bottom. You need to put a second sheet pan underneath or any oil you grease the pan with will pour out and make a mess in your oven.
As it is, the oil comes out onto the sheet pan and does not smell good. A bit disappointing
I wanted to make fresh bread in my oven and not my bread machine. This pan made the job easy. It made the crust nicely golden and not the heavy brown i have found in the past with other pans.
Plus i love the height. I feel like im eating specialty sandwhich bread. Lastly the 3 holes at the bottom made the bottom nicely crusty like the other sides.
No overly soft or over done.

I made a loaf of multigrain bread to use for sandwiches. It came out perfectly. Very nice pan.
Using this pan for the first time, I decided to put the entire pan with risen dough in it, inside a dutch oven to bake like a sourdough loaf. Its amazing how the high stabilizing sides allowed my gluten free recipe to rise far beyond what my usual pan allows.
Very happy to have the extra inch in both width and height!
