UBE BREAD PUDDING… This is a No Bake Bread Pudding With Ube or Purple Yam flavor. Basically, bread pudding is a bread-based dessert , made with stale bread and milk or cream and baked in an oven. But this kind of bread pudding need not to be baked since I uses agar agar powder to form a pudding and come up with a creamy and yummy dessert.

1 big (Jersey) ube flavored condensed milk
2 cups water
note: if Jersey brand is not available in your place, use the plain condensed milk + ube flavoring + violet food coloring
