[Music]hello everyone now I’ve made severalkinds of Indian breads and adding to thelist is today’s recipe now this recipe Ihad tried at home it was more like anexperimental recipe which was amazing soI wanted to share it with all of youthis is stuffed onion paratha so let’sget started and check out the recipe forthe stuffed onion ferratafirst I’m going to make the dough forthis to a bowl take 1 cup of Atta orwheat flour 1 cup of maida to this add1/2 TSP of salt 1/2 TSP of sugargive it a quick mix next add a littleoil about 1 to 2 teaspoons mix it wellnow gradually pour some water I’m usingwater at room temperature you can alsouse lukewarm water gradually pour thewater and start mixing the dough pourwater little at a time and gradually mixin leave the dough well at least forabout 10 minutes after kneading thedough just drizzle a little oilrub it all over the door close the bowland let it sit for about 15 minutes nextto make the onion mixture for thepiranhas take about two medium sizedonions thinly sliced to a bowl threecloves of garlic finely chopped 2 greenchilies finely chopped add quarterteaspoon of salt and mix everythingtogether so I’m just seasoning the onionmixturenext I’m go to shallow fry the onionsfor this take a pan add a little oilabout two tablespoons transfer the onionmixture to the pan fry the onions tillthey turn to a nice golden brown coloronce the onions have turned to a nicegolden brown color turn off the stoveand keep the onions asidethe door is been resting for about 15minutes now I’m going to start makingthe stuffed onion parottas pinch off alittle bit of the doughthus the rolling surface with some flourplace the dough ball roll it out not toothinonce you’ve rolled out the dough ballplace a tablespoon or two of the friedonions make sure you spread it outevenly start rolling it inward now rollit into a spiral just see the way I’mdoing it you can see it looks almostlike a bun roll all the Piratas in thismanner and keep it aside now flattenthese protons gently you don’t want ittoo thin and don’t put too much ofpressure while rolling them out becausethe filling can come out so gently pressand roll it out now that you’ve madethese parottas heat otama once the towashot place the Pirotta make sure you cookon both sides till you get a nice goldenbrown colormaintain the flame on medium highthroughout once the Pirotta turns to anice golden-brown color add a littleghee on both sides and removed from thetable ahsuper delicious hot onion stuff protossare ready to be served[Music]so there you go here is the superdelicious flaky stuffed onion for Ohtaro it looks so amazing it’s sodelicious you can enjoy this with somepickle or curd by the side or with anyside dish of your choice and do try thisa ninja you can get a copy of firstedition of the home cooking book on 21
