Ingredients

Bread Flour/ Plain flour 300g
Egg 1 (approx.60g)
Salt 3g
Yeast 4g
Sugar 20g
Butter 25g
Warm Milk 140ml (around 30°C)
Egg wash/1 egg
Butter 10g for brushing

⚠️Tips:

—Cover with high temperature resistant plastic wrap
1. Steam for 30 minutes with boiling water (with cold water 40 minutes)
2. Turn off heat and wait for 5 minutes before take out

高筋面粉/普通面粉 300克
鸡蛋 1个(大约60克)
盐 3克
酵母4克
糖20克
黄油25克
温牛奶140毫升(大约30摄氏度)

蛋黄液 适量
黄油10克(擦面包用)

⚠️小贴士:

用耐高温保鲜膜盖住面包上锅蒸
1. 开水蒸30分钟 (冷水上锅蒸40分钟)
2. 关火后等5分钟再取出 (防止回缩)
