HOW TO MAKE VERY SOFT SPANISH BREAD
Spanish Bread is a soft yeast roll filled with a buttery sugar filling, rolled in a breadcrumbs. It is one of many breads Filipinos love to buy in a local bakery here in the Philippines.
Ingredients:
DOUGH
•1 tsp yeast
•1/4 tsp salt
•1/8 cup white sugar
•3/4 cup evaporated milk
•1 tbsp vanilla essence
•2 cups bread flour
•20 grams butter
FILLING
•50 grams butter
•1/4 cup washed sugar
•1/4 cup condensed milk
•1/3 cup bread crumbs
•1/4 cup evaporated milk
•1/3 cup all purpose flour
Roll in the bread crumbs
Bake at 180°C for 20 mins
