[Music][Music]hey guys welcome back to my channeltoday’s video is a recipe that I foundonline on moist banana bread I hope youguys enjoy this and please please let meknow if you decide to make this tag meon instagram take a picture or evenleave a comment down below letting meknow that you tried this so the firstthing you’re going to need are threevery ripe bananas you’re also going toneed one teaspoon of lemon juicetwo cups of all-purpose flour[Music]one teaspoon of baking sodaone teaspoon of baking powder1/2 teaspoon of saltone in one half teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2cup of white sugar1/2 cup or 3/4 cup of brown sugar I usethe 1/2 cup 8 tablespoons of softenedbutter basically the whole sticktwo eggsa half cup of buttermilkand one in one half teaspoon of vanillaextract[Music]so first thing I’m going to peel my ripebananas three ripe bananas large isequivalent to 1 and 1/2 cup when it’ssmashedso please use 3 bananas not to use 3 itmakes a difference in the recipe so nowI’m going to mash up all my bananas verywell I don’t really want chunks in thembut if you do then mash it to the wayyou want itso now that my bananas are all mashedI’m going to add in my 1 tablespoonexcuse me my 1 teaspoon of lemon juicemake sure you’re measuring everythingproperly because it makes a differenceI’m using 1/2 teaspoon so that’s why itlooks like I’m doubling upso now I’m going to grap another bowl toput in my dry ingredients so I’m goingto start off with my two cups ofall-purpose flour again please make surethat you are measuring all youringredients properly it makes a reallybig difference you don’t want to add toomuch and you don’t want to add toolittle[Music]so now I’m going to add in my 1 teaspoonof baking powderand now i’m going to add in my oneteaspoon of baking sodaI’m also going to add in my salt 1/2teaspoon of salt I like to use the pinkHimalayan salt I don’t like to use thewhite table salt I don’t I just don’tlike itand Plus Himalayan salt is much muchbetter for younow I’m gonna go in with my cinnamon oneand a half teaspoons again I’m gonnaleave all the ingredients and themeasurements of down belowso I’m gonna go in with my half cup ofwhite sugar it may look like we’re usinga lot of sugar but trust me the bananabread is not crazy sweet it’s not like acake it’s sweet but yet subtle at thesame time so now we’re gonna go in withour brown sugar as well I like thecombination of the white sugar and thebrown sugar hmm I like to use theorganic brown sugar and organic whitesugar wanna make sure you want to youwant to make sure you’re using the bestingredients for your baking so you cantaste really really good so now you wantto mix up all your dry ingredientsyou want to make sure everything isdistributed properly there’s no chunksor anything like that so just mix it upreally well with a whisk[Music]and I already packed my suit X and I putit in a separate Bowlso now I’m going to go back in to myother goal where I had my banana andlemon juice and I’m gonna add in mysoftened butter it’s eight tablespoonsit’s basically a whole stick of butterso now you just want to add that inthere and mush it up with a fork makesure you really get in there and mush upall that butter you don’t really wantchunky butter in your banana bread eventhough it’s all gonna melt but then itmight melt in one specific area if youdon’t really mash it wellso now I’m going to add in my 1/2 cup ofbuttermilksome people don’t really use thebuttermilk into their banana bread butfor this recipe it really worksnow I’m going to add in my 1 and 1/2 TSPof vanilla extract[Music][Music]now you want to want to mix that upbefore you go I’m using a whisk againI’m gonna whisk that up and I’m gonnamash it at the same time and then I’mgonna add in my two eggs you want tolist that as well and throw that rightinto your wet ingredients to make sureyou mix everything properlytake your time[Music]so now I’m going to add in my dryingredients into my wet ingredientsokay so now this is the part that youneed to pay attention soon so as youmixing in your wet and dry ingredientsyou don’t want to over turn your mixtureplease do not over turn it because thenyour bread will be dry but you want tomake sure that everything is mixedproperly but just don’t over mix[Music]you have no idea how delicious andcalled blood the smells you guystry this recipe you will thank meso now this is what it’s supposed tolook like at this time you want topre-heat your oven to 325 degreesFahrenheitso now that everything is all mixed upI’m gonna take out my pan and I lined italready with some aluminum foil becausethis is an old pan and also it’s mucheasier to remove when you light it witha little oil you can just pop it rightout so right now I’m going to butterdown my aluminum foil so it could bemuch easier to just remove the bananabread out and it helps it from not beingburntyou don’t want burnt banana bread I alsolike to add a little bit of flour italso helps with the removing processso now I’m going to add in all mymixture of my banana bread into my panmake sure you get everything[Music]then you want to spread it out into thepan evenly because you want everythingto cook evenly and properly so make sureall sides are equal and now I’m justgoing to pop this right into my oven andI’ll be right backso that’s it guys that’s how my bananabread came out and it should lookexactly the same if you try to do thisrecipe as well the banana bread shouldlook golden brown and I cooked thisbanana bread for about 30 minutes sinceI did it in a flat pan if you’re doingit in a loaf pan it probably will beabout an hour and 10 minutes but for meagain I cooked it for about 30 minutesit was still a little bit soft and thenI baked it for another 10 minutes soabout 40 minutes and it would look likethisso now this is the tricky part cuz Idecided to try to cut my bread while itwas still hot I prefer you guys to waitinto it fully cools down but I couldn’twait I really wanted to eat my breadalready so I decided to cut it so I wentright into it with a knife and look whathappenedsee how it just came right back up cuzit’s still hot and it’s a little stickyin the inside because it’s so moist sowhat I decided to do was to wipe myknife on butter so that way when I cutright into it it just slides right backdown so I got less cake coming backthat’s a little half or a little tip foryou guys just rub your knife with somebutter and cut awayso I hope you guys really enjoyed thisvideo please share like comment andsubscribe you guys and please let meknow if you want to see more videos likethis I like to bake I like to cook yeahjust leave a comment down below lettingme know you guys like this video andlook how wonderful this looks oh mygoodness it’s perfect that’s how
