This bread is really easy to make. Doesn’t require any kneading or any special tool, have a bowl and a spoon and an oven safe pot with the following ingredients:
400g regular bread flour
50g whole wheat flour
(Note: you can have all 450 using one type of flour, it’s just a preference)
4g active dry yeast
250ml room temperature water
Mix all the ingredients together, let it rest for 3-4 hours on a counter top until it puffs up and gets doubled in size.
Preheat the oven 400F/200C. Put an oven safe pot with it’s lid into the oven to get nice and hot.
After 30 minutes that your oven got into the set temperature and your bread puffed up a bit, score your bread with a sharp knife and put it into the hot pot back to the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes take the lid off and let the bread be in the oven until it gets the amount of crust that you like, preferred time is 10 minutes.
