NO BAKE BANANA BREAD | STEAMED BANANA BREAD RECIPE | Inspire PJE

Simple Banana Bread recipe that is loaded with delicious banana and chocolate flavor. Easy to make, no need for a mixer! Easy, moist, simple perfection.

YIELD: 3 BANANA BREAD (LARGE SIZE LLANERA)

INGREDIENTS

▪️1 3/4 Cup All purpose flour
▪️2 Tsp baking powder
▪️1/2 Tsp baking soda
▪️1/2 Tsp salt
▪️2/3 Cup granulated sugar
▪️1/2 Cup canola oil
▪️2 eggs
▪️4 ripe mediums size banana
▪️Chocolate Chunks

PROCEDURE

1. Prepare your steamer.
2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
4. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and oil. Mix well.
5. Add eggs one at a time.
6. Add the mashed bananas to the mixture.
7. Add half of your dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Mix well.
8. Add the remaining half of the dry ingredients. Mix well.
9. Add the chocolate chunks to the mixture. (You can substitute chocolate chunks with raisins and nuts)
10. Grease your llanera.
11. Put 1 cup of the banana bread batter to each llanera. Spread it evenly.
12. Cover each llanera with foil. Steam it for 40-45 minutes.
13. To check if the banana bread is cooked, insert a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out with moist crumbs, it is cooked. (Make sure that it is moist crumbs, not raw batter)
14. Let it rest then cut to desired size.
15. Enjoy
