My way to make Bread

Hello All hope you enjoy this Video.
This is my new video to show as a non Chief how I make my own Bread at home, I tried not to make it too long.
I Apologizes for the wind noises in the video as it is hot here in the Philippines and I forgot to turn of the fan where I placed the camera.
PS: i’m still practicing my editing too

Ingredients :
1.5 kg Bread or you can use all purpose flour
3 Tsp table salt
11 Tsp Instant Dried Yeast
1 Cup Olive Oil ( i use Molinera }
2 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar ( you can adjust to taste)
730 ml cool or room temp water

This will make quite bit of Bread so if you like make less just half the ingredients to you tastes.

Method :
1, mix all dry ingredients in a good size bowl just short mix is fine.
2, add all of the olive Oil and mix fully
3, slowly add the water, just adding a little bit at a time while mixing until used all the water
4, Once all the ingredients have been fully mixed and starting to look somewhat like dough, tip all the mix onto a clean worktop and start to knead the dough for about 10 minutes, (find videos on how to Knead Bread dough)
5, place the kneaded dough mix into a bowl and cover with a clean towel and let rest for 45 minutes to allow to raise.
5, After 45 minutes Knead again just for about a minute
6, Allow the Dough to rest for another 45 minutes (need to do this 3 times)
7, Weight out the Dough to your desired size or amount, and place in baking trays and lest it rest 20 – 30 min depending on room temp,
8, Preheat the oven approx 150c (This is depending on your type of oven) for 10 minutes before loading the Dough
11, Place the Dough on the center shelf og the oven and cook about 25 minutes (time is depending on your oven) but after 10 – 15 minutes check dough to see if need turning
12 after cooking is finished remove from oven place on a cooling rack to allow to cool and enjoy
