hi my name is Robin and I’m a member ofthe Crescent Country Women’s Associationmultiple branch and a country kitchensconvener now for my second video I hadoriginally decided to do zucchini slicehowever I woke up this morning I thoughtI would make bread instead so these arethe ingredients that we’re going to needfor plain white bread trust me it’s easyand it’ll be delicious okay so what weneed is 500 grams of bread flour so I’vealready put that in the bowl here 7grams of yeast 2 teaspoons of sugar and2 teaspoons of salt now when you do popit into your bowl and if you can see ittry and separate it a little bit andthen mix it slowly in together otherwisethe yeast and the salts do try and fightagainst each other and the yeast canassault can kill your yeast so justgoing to mix that up a little bit now weneed 330 mils of warm water don’t putall the water in at once I usually liketo put about 3/4 of it in and I just usemy hands and we’re just going to mix itthrough like this yes it doesn’t getvery sticky and you’re just going towork it through add a little bit morered more water as you need itwe’re looking for a nice firm dough notone that’s too stickylittle bit more so that’s really goodand we’ve got a little bit of the waterleft so and I’ll make me about 20 buildslips so that just shows that you don’treally need to use the entire amountevery time so it is really good just toadd it a little bit to the time okay sonow that we’ve got our diamond herewe’re just going to pop it onto afloured surface and we going to knead itfor about ten minutes okay so now I’mjust going to knead the dough for aboutten minutes as you can see I’ve just gota little bit of flour on the worksurface here so I’m going to use thepalm of my hand down into about thecenter of the dough push it out a littlebit pull it in quarter turn and it’sgoing to continue to do that until we’vegot a nice smooth dough which you’ll seeby magic very shortlyokay so now I have been needing this for10 minutes as you can see it’s quite anice smooth shape on the top here sowe’re going to pop it back into our bowlwe’re going to cover it with a wet teatowel and we’re going to leave it nowfor about an hour or until it’s doubledin size so I’ll see you in an hourhi welcome back it’s been just over anhour our dome has doubled in size I’mjust going to pull it out with a lightlyfloured board we’re gonna give itanother quick little knead all we’redoing is knocking out some of that airthat has come in with the approving ofit it’s gonna shape it a little bit I’mgoing to pop it into our teamso that’s going to sit in there forabout another 30 minutes and whilethat’s doing a second proving I’vepopped the oven on to 220 and in half anhour we’re going to pop a bit of eggwash on the top and pop it in the ovensee you at 30 minutes okay so now we’reback it’s like second rise in here I’vejust got one beaten egg so just going toquickly give it a little light egg washacross the top that this helps it Brownnice and evenly then we’re going to popit into the oven as I said before it’s220 degrees and it’s going to go in itfor about twenty to thirty minutes tryand check it about that for fifteen totwenty minute but make sure that it’snot cooking too quickly or burning so itgoes and I’ll see you all back shortlywhen it’s cooked hi everyoneokay so I’m just about to check on thebread so it looks beautiful and brown onthe top so what we’re gonna do just flipit out tap on the bottom gives a verynice hollow sound so that means it’sready so what we’ve got to do now isgive it just a couple of minutes to coolcook it up and it’s a beautiful freshbread I hope every one that decides tojoin me when I do my next video nextweek don’t forget to hit the subscribebutton like it and share it with allyour friends thanks
