I made Nigella’s Chocolate and Walnut Banana Bread, sans chocolate in an attempt to be ‘healthier’ after the food-intense festive period. Her recipe is also gluten free, however I swapped her ingredients out for simple plain flour and it seemed to work just as well. Note for the future would be to cook in the oven a few minutes more. I really enjoyed this lightly toasted, and the walnuts were a great addition.
