Ice Cream Bread – Baking Hacks #23

Two-Ingredient Ice Cream Bread
Quick and Easy to make good for your Breakfast or Tea

2 cups Melted Ice cream
1/1/2 Self-raising Flour
Christmas Sprinkles for toppings

Preheat oven at 180C or 350F.
Put melted ice cream in a bowl. Mix to completely melt the ice cream
Add in the self-raising flour. Mix until well combined.
Transfer to a grease loaf pan.
Sprinkle top with Christmas sprinkles.
Bake at 180C or 350F for 40-45 minutes or until top turns golden brown and skewer comes out clean.
