How to make perfect Greek Pita bread. My friends (who can cook) are teaching me (who can’t cook)

This video shows you how to make the perfect Greek pita bread. Because we are in lockdown because of the Coronavirus COVID 19 I am taking the time to start to learn how to cook. My friends are teaching me how to do this via video because we cannot see each other. Its fun and I am learning new recipes, which I will then share with other people. I have tried several recipes and this one works perfectly. It produces 16 lovely delicious pita breads. Watch (its only 10 mins) Some people like to add two teaspoons of Thyme into the flour. I haven’t. I have tried both ways and equally as good as each other. Enjoy, subscribe and watch out for more great recipes from around the world.
