In this video we tell you how to make deep fried cottage cheese (paneer) balls with bread and green moong dal pakoda style.
Ingredients needed to prepare the dish:
200gm Moong Dal blended with Ginger and green Chillies
150gm grated Cottage Cheese + Chedar Cheese as you may like
1/3rd tbsp Black Peppers/Kali Mirch
1/2 tbsp Salt
Grated Carrots 75-100gm
Brown bread without edges
Plain water room temperature
Refine/Vegetable Oil
Serve hot and enjoy your Paneer Cheese balls! Happy eating!!
