50% of the flour then our dough willbe very good and will be very easy tomake it so we’ll just add 1 cup water tothe flour that was took up flour andwe’ll just mix it with the help ofspatula for about 2 to 3 minutes oruntil the dough is formedkeep it mixing slowly slowly andthat just in total three minuteshours though for the naan bread isautomatically formed very easily andvery conveniently without addingadditional water or additional flourwhen it is formed then to keep itmoisturized will add a tablespoon ofcooking oil and then cover it with thelid or with some cloth and leave it forabout five hours to raise up completelyour dough is raised up in about fivehours then we will divide it in equalportions as we used about 600 gramall-purpose flour and we will divide ourdough in equal portions and just makeits balls with the help of a littleflour just make it perfect balls andjust put themthe tray making balls for the naan breadmakes it very convenient to flat thedough for the naan bread I’ll just liftone portion of the dough and just put itin the flour and then just form itsproper shape and then put them in onetray from about 600flower we got about five non breath ofmedium sized which are about 200 grameach toby the size afternoon we will just waitthem and they are about 200 gram eachand then we will just cover them withthe cloth or with something else forabout 20 minutes and then we can pickthem all and just blurt it in the trayand sprinkle some water and then we putit in the preheated a 1 for about 250centigrade and when it is golden brownand we will take it out from the ovenand then sprinkle some water on it onboth sides and then just wrap it in acloth or in aluminum foil so that it canbe streamedand then oh it can make along withsesame seed or table or not just takeone nan bread bowl and just spread it inthe tray and sprinkle some water andthen some sesame seeds and then we’lljust put it in the preheated oven andleave it in the oven for about tenminutesproximately or until it get color brownand then we’ll take it out and sprinklesome water on the naan on both sides andthen wrap it in in a cloth or maybe insome meaningful so that it can be getstreamed with the water that can make itmore softand wewhich wrapped in the cloth for aboutfive to seven minutes and it will makeit more soft with the stream of thewater and just cover it and then we takefor the garlic naan and this whichbrings some garlic on it and put somecooking oil and some sesame seeds andsprinkle some water and then we put thisgarlic naan in a preheated oven at 250centigrade and when it is gone we willtake it out from the oven and sprinklesome water on it and wrap itand some God or in the aluminum foil sothat it can be soft with the waterstreamafter Cartman we can prepare Roni non Iwill put just this garlic naan wrappedin the aluminum foil for about five toseven minutes and now we can makerolling on take the Lambert ball spreadit in the tray just with spread it in thetrade so that we can make a mint chutneynaan or patina to none with brinjal somewater on it and sprinkle some sesameseeds on the patina to turn on aftersprinkling a little water and Cespedeswill put this lawn in the preheated ovenand when it is about 95 percent cookedwe will take it out and put mint chutneyor patina chutney on the naan for about2 to 3 TSP andand sprinkle clarified butter or DesiGhee about 4 TSP 4 tbsp on the naan andthen we put it back in the oven forabout 1 minute and then we’ll take itout and we’ll just wrap it in thealuminum foil or rapid rates of growthetc and leave it for 5 minutes inaluminum foil so that it can be moresoft with the streamand now we can examine their taste firstof all we will check the siddhanam allplain naan bread that I
