Ingredients:
72 grams buttermilk OR
Buttermilk substitute:
67 grams milk
5 grams vinegar
67 grams oil
1 piece egg
100 grams brown sugar
25 grams white sugar
125 grams All Purpose Flour (sifted)
5 grams baking soda (sifted)
100 grams ripe bananas (mashed and oxidized)
25 grams walnuts
25 grams chocolate chips
OPTIONAL:
Additional chocolate chips and walnuts for toppings
Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
* To grease loaf pan, you can use cooking spray, oil, butter, or line it with parchment paper.
* You can also use muffin pan, just adjust the time of baking
