Hi everyone! In this video, I’ll be showing how to make soft milk loaf using the TangZhong method. U might be wondering what is TangZhong method. It is basically a Japanese method where u incorporate a roux(made from milk and flour) into the bread dough. This creates a much softer and fluffier texture of bread.
