Hello everyone! Welcome back to my channel! I’m a culinary student with a passion for the science of cooking. I love to study and apply the modern techniques of cuisine. Think along the lines of Kenji Lopez-Alt and Alton Brown. Both true legends!

I love to cook dishes from many cultures, but primarily I’m trained in French technique. However, science unites all those cuisines at the fundamental level. To learn one is to learn them all!

My hope with this channel is to help improve your cooking skills by sharing the lessons from my classes and studies. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on lessons, but you’ll get them in bite size pieces for free.
