How to Bake Delicious Banana Bread | Recipe in Bio!

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup oil
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 tsp baking soda
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 4 ripe bananas
* 4 tbsp milk
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
* In a mixer bowl, combine the sugar, oil & eggs and beat well
* Once done, add in the milk and vanilla extract
* In a separate bowl, sift the flour and add in the baking powder, baking soda and salt
* In a third bowl, peel the bananas and mash well
* Combine all ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix well
* Coat the baking pans with crisco and lightly dust with flour
* Divide your batter into two parts and pour into the pans
* Preheat your oven to 350°F and bake for 45 mins
* Use a tooth pick to determine if your bread is done. Stick it into the top middle of your bread, pull out, then see if any batter remains on the toothpick. I highly recommend doing this in 2-3 spots before determining your bread is done.
* Cool on a rack before serving
