Soft Pretzels
Its been at least 3 yrs since I’ve made some pretzels at home & after tasting this I don’t know why I didn’t make them earlier, these didn’t turn out perfect but were super soft & buttery to taste. Its a great recipe to try is you love baking bread like me .

Ingredients
For the dough
1 1/2 cup refined flour
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast (mixed with some water)
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil or regular oil
For poaching
1 liter water
1 tsp baking soda
Other ingredients
Sea salt
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Dip of choice
