Georgian Cheese Bread:

Ingredients For Dough:
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Flour 1.5 cup
Water as required
Milk ¼ cup
Oil 1 tbsp
For Filling:
Cheese 1 cup
Eggs 2
Butter 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander as required
Salt to taste

Method:
In a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead well. Set aside. Once the dough gets double in size release the air. Now spread the dough and make shape like boat. Bake until golden brown. Then add cheese, eggs, butter, fresh coriander and salt. Bake again and serve hot.

Creamy Dill Cucumber Salad:

Ingredients:
Cucumber (sliced) 300 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Sour cream 200 gm
Dill leaves ¼ cup
White pepper 1 tsp
Lemon (zest, juice) 2

Method:
In a bowl add sour cream, lemon juice, dill leaves and lemon zest. Mix well. Then on cucumber add salt and white pepper. Mix well. Serve with creamy dressing.

Hot & Spicy Shrimp Sandwich:

Ingredients For Shrimp:
Shrimps 300 gm
Flour ¼ cup
Corn flour ¼ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Hot paprika 1 tsp
Garlic powder ½ tsp
Egg 1
Vegetable oil for frying

For Sandwiches:
Dinner rolls 2
Lettuce leaves few
Tomato 1
Onion (sliced) 1
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Mayo 3 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Lemon wedges for serving

Method:
In a bowl add shrimp ingredients. Then coat shrimps with eggs, then coat with flour and roll. Now fry them. Then in another bowl add mayo, ketchup and mustard paste. Mix well. Now in dinner rolls place lettuce leaves, tomato and onion. Then add mayo sauce and place shrimps on top. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
