This time, i tried to bake a Milk Bread, and i think its ok, a bit burn on the bottom part but its still ok.. I will just keep trying till i made it perfect.. Hope you like my video for today, thank you so much for watching..

Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
1 tbsp sugar (10g)
2 tsp active dry yeast
Let it bloom for 10 mins (set aside)
3 cups flour (375g)
1/4 cups sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 egg
1/3 cup melted butter (75g)
Mix all and add the first ingredients which you set aside before..
