Easiest way to make bread

In a square 5ltr snap lock container,
mix
1 ½ Tblsp of
both
flaky salt and
dry granulated yeast,
3 cups of tepid water, whisk or stir together .
Than add 5 & 1/3 cups of plain flour and stir together with a wooden spoon Until there are no dry or wet patches(add more water if the mix isn’t very wet or flour if too wet!), place lid on but don’t clip it.
Leave in a warm spot for 2 hours or until it has doubled in size and the surface
of the dough is quite flat.
Cut a ½ portion with a pastry scraper (after you have dusted the dough
liberally with flour) shape into a loaf shape by cloaking(softly folding the
dough onto itself until it is smooth, should only take around 4 or 5 folds) use a lot of flour to stop it sticking. Put into a bread tin lined
with parchment and dust with flour. Turn oven on at this stage.
Leave in a warm spot for 40 mins, bake at 200’C for 30 -35mins.
