Cooking banana bread with Miss Sampey

Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, mashed
200g caster sugar
1 egg
60g melted butter
200g plain flour
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Method
Prep: 15min › Cook: 1hr ›
Preheat oven to 160 C / Gas 3. Grease a tin.
Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter together in a bowl. Mix flour and bicarbonate of soda together in a separate bowl; stir into banana mixture until batter is just mixed. Pour batter into the prepared loaf tin.
Bake in the preheated oven until a skewer inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean, about 1 hour.
