Chicken Vegetable Bread Balls | Ramadhan Iftaar Special | By Signature Cooking
Ingredients
Green pepper 3 medium size chopped
Onion 2 medium size chopped
Cabbage 1/2 kg sliced
Chicken 1/2kg shredded
Tomato 1 chopped
Coriander leaves
Green onion leaves
Salt 2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Soye sauce 2 tbsp optional
Potato boiled mashed 1kg
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Oil 1 serving spoon
Bread 10 pieces
Directions
Pour oil in a pan and add all vegetables except boiled potatoes and cook for 2 min then add all the spices and cook for another 5 min. Now in a separate pan take boiled potatoes and add fried vegetables and mix well. Now cut the brown sides of the bread then dip in water briefly and squeeze the water and put in filling and roll the bread over filling. Fry them on medium flame until golden brown 👌.
