This bread has definitely everything that you need, buttery, fluffy and pillowy soft loaded with homemade bitter-sweet chocolate filling. Perfect for all occasions and can be eaten anytime of the day paired with your favorite tea of coffee.
I purposely made this by hand because not all of us has a kitchen help. This can be very sticky though, and takes a bit of time, but so worth it.
125 ml lukewarm full cream milk
1 tsp active yeast
3 tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
2 cups all purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
50 grams softened butter
100 grams bittersweet chocolate
50 grams unsalted butter
*3 pcs tableya (optional)
pinch of salt
Place all ingredients into a heat-proof bowl. Heat over in a pan with boiling water (medium-fire), stir until mixture becomes smooth. You may add, milk or heavy cream if you wish, but I purposely did not do it.
