hey guys welcome back to cook with methis week I am bringing you a uniquequick bread I had would have neverthought of the combination but guys itturned out pretty doggone good and I’mbringing with with you to you a sugarfree hot cocoa mix that me and Keithboth could enjoy with no guilt so wellfirst of all we’re gonna get startedwith the dill pickle onion quick breadyesdill pickle onion quick bread and it ismay it was a recipe by Bailey fooleddotnet of course I will have the recipelink below I’ve had my pan ready like itsaid to use parchment paper with twoends hanging up on the side and you’llsee why that comes in handy a littlelater in the video we’re going to startoff in the mixing bowl with 3/4 of cupsof sour cream we’re gonna add a half acup of vegetable oil of course I usecanola oil and then we’re going to add atwo large eggs a tablespoon of dillpickle dill pickle juice yes dill picklejuice and then we’re going to whisk thatall together and then once we get thatall whisked together we’re going to addthe 1/3 cup of diced dill pickles intoit and then we’re going to kind offollow the little pickles into thatlittle batter and then we’re gonna addall the dry ingredients which will beone in 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour 1packet of onion soup mix 2 tablespoonsthat calls for granulated sugar I’d useSplenda so me and Keith could have itwith no issues and one and a halfteaspoons of baking powder 1/4 teaspoonof baking soda and then 1/4 cup ofchopped fresh dill and once we get thatI’ll add it into it we just mix it upI had my oven preheating at 350 350degrees and then we’re going to cook itfor 40 minutes and then we’ll come backand you’ll see Keith do our taste testtoday[Music][Music]okay guys there it isout of the oven and then you’ll seeKeith used the two pieces of parchmentpaper it says leave out just to pull itup out of the pan guys so easyand here’s Keith’s review he’s pissin totaste it for usokay he’s pissin to get some bread andfried this is a new terestingcombination we’re gonna let keep yourguinea pig first onion and dill picklesI’ve never heard of it but it’s an itsmells good wellOOPtelevision let me drop yourselfyou really can’t face the dill picklethat much it’s not at the onion it’s notmember won’t have it without beefstroganoff leftover so we had from lastnight okay next we’re going to go on tothe hot chocolate mix sugar free andthis is by spark recipes guys this wasso easy now I did double this recipebecause I know Keith loves hot chocolateand I am gonna be sending this with himto work at night time start out withsome powdered milk the recipe calls forthree cups I put six cups in there andthen you’ll see me add two and a halfcups of Splenda or whatever sugarreplacements you would want or if youwere other have just sure and then onecup of unsweetened cocoa which I addedtoo and then you just mix it alltogether and I put it all in thiscanister jar that I picked up at Walmartand then I picked up a special orcanister for cocoa that I’m gonna keepby my coffee pot and will also will helpKeith be tasting these guys I’m tellingyou this was wonderful and it was soeasy no more trying to find sugar-freehot cocoa mix and my stores because itis almost impossible now they city’s notbe[Music][Music][Laughter][Music][Music][Applause][Music][Applause][Music][Music]okay guys as you see I’ve made a messbut oh well and that is the little redcocoa dish that I found it Walmart thismorning when I before I made this and soI’m just going to fill it up with my hotcocoa mix and have it right by my coffeepot so we could have hot cocoa wheneverwe want and not feel good too but like Isaid sugar free and it was so easy guyslet me know if y’all try this cuz oh mygosh so easy and so tasty and which youwill see here in a minute you will seemr.   1. I used to make that every Oct until April when the kids were home…they loved it. I am going to try the bread soon as I get out to the grocery store.
