HOW TO MAKE PEACH BREAD |Recipe|

This is an easy Peach Bread Recipe. If you’re in the mood for something sweet then this is the recipe for you. What could be better to have a cold glass of milk with then some tasty Peach Bread when at the end of a busy day all you want is something quick and easy to put in the oven. This is a great recipe to whip up when you have friends over for coffee.

3/4 cups of sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 1/8 cup of pureed peaches
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup flour
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and beat with mixer. Add pureed peaches.
Add dry ingredients
Add vanilla extract
Pour mixture into greased and floured loaf pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or 1 hour

hi and welcome to another episode ofit’s Akutan Fang now today we’re goingto be making peach bread okay now whatI’m going to put into my peach bread I’mgoing to put a fourth of a cup of roomtemperature butter I’m going to put 3/4cup of pureed peaches you can put inyour food processor or just mash it realgood with a fork and to that I’m goingto put a cup of flour all-purpose flourand in this crop I have a half ateaspoon of baking soda 1/2 a teaspoonof baking powder and 3/4 of a teaspoonof cinnamon and also I’ve got 3/4 of acup of sugarand I have 1 egg and then I’m going toput 1/2 of a teaspoon of vanilla extractin here so we’re going to get startedhere we’re going to cream our our sugarand our butter alrightlet’s cream this yeah that’s all thereis to itand that’s your sugar and your butternow to that we’re going to add our dryingredients in our peaches so there’s mybaking powder baking soda and cinnamonthis is my cup of flour all-purposeflour let’s see more get my sugar thereokay and then we put our peaches orpureed peaches to get away from me okaylet’s get this together[Music]all right now we’re going to add our eggand we’re going to add our vanilla andthis is just going to be a half of ateaspoon of that all right okay now webeat the mix approximately two minutesand I’ll show you the consistency andit’s gonna look like this now what we’regoing to do is put it in a loaf panbecause it is peach bread make sure youhave it buttered and floured or elseit’s never going to come out rightbe in a thousand piecesall right now what we want to do isspread this out and I’ll show you thisin a minute it’s going to be a prettythick consistency but that’s how thatkind of bready is here we want to getevery little bit now this is going to gowhat’s going to look like this this isgoing to go in a 325 degree oven forapproximately 55 minutes to an hour andthe way you can tell when it’s done youcan insert a toothpick in the center andwhen you pull it out it should be cleanso we’re going to put it in here I’mgonna put it over 55 minutes on my checkit if it needs to be in there anotherfive I’ll leave it okay now we’re gonnaput this in our oven 55 minutes to anhour okay we have taken our peach cakeout or peach bread out of the oven andit was in there for 55 minutes at 325and when you put a toothpick in and takeit out there shouldn’t be any cake on itthat means it’s done so once again thankyou for watching another episode of it’sa cooking thing please don’t forget tosubscribe like and sharebye-bye
