BREAD PUDDING ALA LECHE FLAN || KAPAMPANGAN DELICACY || COOK BY: CHEF JONZ

INGREDIENTS:

Loaf Bread (cut the 4 side edgesand slice into cubes)
2 cans Evaporated Milk
1 can Condense Milk
12pcs or 1doz of Eggs
1/4kilo of sugar (optional if you dont want very sweet)
Lemon Essense (drop a little bit)

FOR CARAMEL SYRUP:

Put 1/8 of water into cooking pan boiled and add sugar until syrup.

HOW TO MAKE:

Blend all the ingredients in to the blender machine until smooth. Just use strainer. Put caramel syrup into baking pan (llanera) and put the leche flan. Cover in alluminum foil at organized to cooking steamer. Cook until 30-45mins. After cook chilled for 10mins before serve.
