Ingredients :
Bread (3 pieces)
Potato (1 piece)
Egg(2 piece)
Onion (1 medium size)
Green Chili (2 pieces)
Turmeric powder (1 tablespoon)
Chili powder (1 tablespoon)
Cumin powder (1 tablespoon)
Black pepper powder (1 tablespoon)
Garam mashala ( 1 tablespoon)
Ginger paste (1 tablespoon)
Garlic paste (1 tablespoon)
Chat mashala (1/2 tablespoon)
Salt to taste
Sugar (1 tablespoon)
Cornflour (4-5 tablespoons)
Oil (5-7 tablespoons)
Direction :
Chop the breads.. boli the potatoe and egg. Grate the boiled potato and egg. Add into the chopped breads. Add chopped onion, turmeric powder, chili powder,cumin powder,garam mashala, black pepper powder, Ginger paste, garlic paste, chat mashala, salt, sugar, oil.. mix them well.. and make round shape.
Coat it with cornflour at first then coat it with egg again and fry it in low to medium flame…
