As this is a monsoon season we love to have something hot delicious snack with our Tea or Coffee in the evening , So here I am with the new and easy recipe ‘Bread Cutlet ‘.This bread cutlet is a easy and filling breakfast or snack you can enjoy .You can use any bread like wheat bread or brown bread or white bread or wheat sandwich bread and don’t forget to serve it with coriander chutney or mint chutney or tomato ketchup or even mayonnaise.
Ingredients –
6 -7bread slice, brown / white
½ Cup potatoes, boiled & mashed
½ Cup onion, finely chopped
¼ Capsicum, finely chopped
¼ Green Peas
¼ Corn, boiled
1 tsp ginger paste
¼ tsp turmeric / haldi
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp chaat masala
¼ tsp pepper, crushed
1 tbsp lemon juice
